SALT Team Hosts a Successful Blood Drive! The 2015 CTK - Red Cross blood drive was a huge success! We had about 43 staff and students come through and we raised a total of 31 pints of blood! That could help save the lives of almost 90 people!
The 7th Annual King of Hearts Gala was a success! Thank you for helping us raise over $470,000 in gross proceeds to benefit the students of Christ the King Jesuit College Prep.

Young Hearts for Life ECG Screening Event at CTK Young Hearts for Life offers school-wide heart screenings in memory of a CTK student athlete who passed away from sudden cardiac death last year. The Young Hearts for Life® (YH4L) Cardiac Screening Program, nationally known for its unique model, has screened over 100,000 students for conditions that cause sudden cardiac death.
CTK Students Travel to Appalachia this Summer for Service Nine Christ the King students, three CTK alumni, and three chaperones accompanied members of St. Giles Parish on an Appalachian service project to Letcher County Kentucky this summer. In preparation for the trip students participated in a year-long formation program to travel over five hundred miles to serve the people of Appalachia with basic home repairs.
CTK & Cristo Rey Join Together for IGNITE! CTK Students participated in the "Ignite" Social Justice Immersion Project with Cristo Rey Jesuit on June 26-28. 13 students from both schools spent five days reflecting on Catholic Social Teaching and how it is at work in the city of Chicago. #CTKService
