Eileen Kennedy Joins Christ the King as New CFO Christ the King Jesuit College Prep welcomes Ms. Eileen Kennedy as our Chief Financial Officer effective January 4, 2021. She will be part of CTK’s Leadership Team reporting to CTK President Clem Martin. Her primary day-to-day responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and managing the school’s financial operations, as well as legal and human resources. In her new role, Ms. Kennedy will manage a team responsible for accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tuition collection, financial aid, benefits administration, technology, and facilities. “Eileen brings a wealth of financial and banking experience to CTK. We are thrilled to have her join our team and look forward to her contributions toward the mission of the school,” shared Clem Martin, CTK President. Prior to joining CTK, Ms. Kennedy held financial leadership positions at Urban Partnership Bank, Nationwide Insurance, and Bank One/First Chicago. In her most recent position as CFO at Urban Partnership Bank, she worked with other banks and non-profits and supported the Bank’s mission in low- and moderate-income communities in Chicago and Detroit. Throughout her career, she has focused on achieving organizations’ short- and long-term goals and objectives. “Especially after the challenges of 2020, I believe CTK’s mission is more critical than ever and I am excited to work with the CTK team, students and their families, and the community to support and advance the school and its mission,” said Ms. Kennedy. Ms. Kennedy is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and currently resides in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Print
